Cast-in-situ concrete floor is a well-adopted structure type in industry and residential buildings. However, the cracks in cast-in-situ concrete floor is becoming a frequently occurred common problem and a hot-complaint quality issue in recent years.In order to explore this baffling problem deeply and to crack down on it, this article explains initially how the cracks in reinforced concrete structure come from. Based on research and experience in many projects, the cracks-forming reasons in cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floor are systematically analyzed from design and construction aspects . Meanwhile, corresponding measures for preventing and curing are proposed. Finally, applying the 3D finite element program to a practical engineering project, the calculation of structural force and stress are carried out, and some theoretical conclusions of the case and distribution pattern of the cracks are obtained.Combining structure cracks theory with practice, this article analyzes thorough the reasons of cracks, which are frequently appeared but often omitted in design and construction in cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floor. Thus, this essay is of realistic value to instruct construction and avoid the cracks.
