For a long time we just focused on static and fatigue analysis of independent vehicle parts, lack considered the whole system. However, during the actual operation, the problem of vehicle parts damaged is the result of superposition load between the various components of the entire vehicle system. Therefore, it is necessary to consider parts strength, fatigue and dynamic characteristics from the entire vehicle system. Take the entire vehicle model to research strength, fatigue and dynamic characteristics of the vehicle parts, analyzed the comparison of the difference between the two models. At present, the analysis of vehicle dynamics is mainly used to evaluate performance of vehicle dynamics, which can extract relatively accurate load of suspension system, but not for the stress analysis of structural components. Structural dynamics analysis has a strong stress analysis capability of structural components, however, which employ the standard to apply the load and boundary conditions to structural components can not obtain accurate load and boundary conditions. In this paper, take the entire vehicle system as the research object, combine the vehicle dynamics simulation and structural dynamics analysis to consider the key parts fatigue performance of vehicle, and study the elastic behavior characteristics of vehicle model. The method is employ SIMPCK establish the model of C80B, with motivation of line, calculation the load-time course of the side frame spring seat table, and applied to the corresponding position of elastic vehicle model which established by I-DEAS as load and boundary conditions. Then use structural dynamics analysis to do the response, dynamic strength and fatigue analysis. Last discuss the characteristics of elastic vehicle model with static strength and modal analysis...
