| Nowadays,integral body construction is basically adopted in bus boy frames,which has a higher demand for the safety.Modern bus body design not only considers the safety performance under static load condition,but also considers its fatigue endurance performance which receives more and more attention.Because of the high cost of money and time on the field durability test of bus body frames,this article uses the combination of multi-body dynamics and finite element method to predict the fatigue life of bus body frame.By using such method,parts which are prone to fatigue damage can be find out before real vehicle test.At the same time,a theoretical basis of studying fatigue life of frame is provided.Firstly,the finite element model of bus body is established using Hyperworks,then modal analysis of frame structure is accomplished.Secondly,the vehicle multi-body dynamic model and pavement spectrum are acquired using ADAMS/CAR,and the vehicle dynamics simulation is carried out to obtain the load spectrum of fatigue life analysis.Thirdly,Hyperworks is applied to perform inertia relief analysis of the body frame and input the files to nCode to analyze the fatigue life of it.Finally,find the areas where fatigue occurs and optimize the body frame.The optimized body frame is checked for static load and fatigue life,it is verified that the optimized body frame satisfies the requirements of static load and fatigue strength. |
