Research Of The Platform For Web-based Metrology Quality System

This subject is based on the problems exist in authorized metrology technology institutions that processes of sample sending and receiving, certificate issuing, equipment using, standards traceability, regulations controlling and commodity quantities testing are difficult to control. In the paper, management system structure and operation mode of metrology industry is further researched and then implementation of Web-based metrology quality system platform is explored aimed at promoting the authorized metrology technology institution quality management system informatization and standardization and making the management more scientific.The subject is discussed from the following four aspects.1. First, current status and trends of both domestic and foreign metrology lab quality system development is reviewed in this paper, and then the necessity of the quality system platform establishment is indicated and the design principle and target of the platform establishment are focused.2. In this subject, establishing methods of network structure, terminals, network equipment and storage equipment, which are used on Web-based metrology quality system platform, is raised.3. The software implementation of Web-based metrology quality system platform establishing is proposed in the paper, and the workflow and technology solutions of important nodes in the quality system is expounded in detail.4. With the example of metrology quality system platform of our institute, the applied methods and implementation process is specifically discussed.The experimental results show that the establishment of Web-based metrology quality system platform is conductive to the scientific management, energy conservation and service promoting and it has experimental guiding significance to the establishment of metrology industry management system.
