The Study On The Development Mode For Small Towns Of Reclamation And Defense Of The Boundary In Xinjiang

In the upcoming farewell to"Eleventh Five-Year", meeting in the occasion of"Twelve Five"development planning, small towns regions of China will usher in a new round of construction peak. According to the prediction of relevant authoritative department, the next two decades will be the golden age of the rapid development of China's urbanization. Small towns as "The tail of the city, the head of rural areas" will play a pivotal role. However, how to make town development mode and industry development strategies according to the local circumstances of small towns are very important.The methods of this paper study are about Literature Reading, Analogy, Primary Research and Case Study. In the comprehensive domestic and foreign development of small towns on the research results and domestic small towns on the basis of practice by reading through the literature, cultivating in small towns defined the related concepts of development model and discussing its content, conducting in-depth background research, proposing its six factors, Systematic analysis of the mechanism of action of these factors and their mutual relationship.About the construction of the basic aspects of the framework of the development model in the small town,they are the main,dynamic development of small towns,Government action and market mechanism,and so on.I think the successful domestic development model of small towns can be summarized into eight types, they are Industry-Driven, Market-Driven, Foreign Investment Promotion Type, Tourism Service, Agricultural Industrialization Push,Town-Based Immigration, Urban Radial and Comprehensive Developmental by analysising the perspective of power and leading industries,then analyze the characteristics of their common as a mode of development of small towns set of alternative models.This paper selects Twenty-seven Group, Xinjiang Production and Construction Group (Tianhe town) as an example for studying, accessing to primary research by the Corps,Second Division, the development of small towns first-hand information on conditions, establishing a comprehensive evaluation of urban development conditions of the original matrix,and weighting integrated model using the standardized processing of the original matrix, getting the conditions of the Small Town Development in Composite Index, comprehensiving evaluation of conditions for its development ijal,so we can get its Status and role in the Urban System of Second Division.In particular, the suitable for development model of Tianhe town has been found by comparing its advantages and disadvantages of particular aspects,and promote the healthy development of five strategic measures. In the author's modest attempt to cultivative in small towns of Xinjiang's development model as a preliminary exploration, and hope to have implications for the development of small towns of other small towns in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,and small towns in developed regions.
