Valve is widely used as a pressure control component in the control systems in the field of aerospace. In recent years, with the continuous development of aerospace technology, the valve's performance is made a higher requirement, the stability of the valve's performance not only affects the system's control accuracy, sometimes, it even has a effect to the system's normal performance, so it is very important to test the valve's performance before using it, it has a great significance to improve the whole performance of the control system. Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the test requirement of the valve and determines the system's overall scheme. The system consists of three parts: the test platform part, the instrument box part, the computer software and hardware part.Secondly, this dissertation develops the system's hardware platform and programs the software. The system's hardware platform is made up of the test platform part, the circuit part and the computer hardware. Among these three parts, the test platform which is the carrier of the system introduces the overall layout of the platform body, the layout of the pipeline and the design of the temperature cycling system. The circuit part which is aiming at amplifying and converting the weak voltage signal coming from the pressure sensor mainly introduces the design of secondary instrument amplifying circuit and the A/D converter circuit. The computer hardware part mainly introduces the selection of various boards, this part ensures smooth communication among the various parts. The software uses VS2005 as the development platform and adopts VC++ which is object-oriented to program. Through selecting proper PID parameters and using D/A board to send analog signal to the ER3000 controller, the software realizes the function that controlling the relief valve in a wide range with high precision. In addition, the software also uses multithreading, excel electronic report generating, data acquisition and database technology, finally, the test system achieves automatic testing.Finally, this dissertation makes an overall debugging to the test system in the industrial site including the sensor calibration, the determination of PID parameters and so on. Through analyzing the specific experimental data, this dissertation verifies the system's performance index. The experiment shows that this test system can test the valve's performance automatically with a stable performance and its testing and controlling accuracy achieves the desired targets.
