With the rapid development of the urbani zation process, urban rail traffic which has the adv antages of lar ge capacity, low energy consumption and less pollution of greatly mitigate the contradiction of suppl y and demand of urban traffic and override the main corridor of passenger flow , improve service level of the public transpo rt system. Therefore, the future urban transport development will focus on the rail-way traffic, at the sam e time rail transport on a very lar ge impact on urban developm ent and the turning point. H ow to use rail tran sport to guide urban planning m aking its structure more reasonable, how to m ake the rail-way site f ully harmonized with th e surrounding land - use planning pl ay a rail transit site of economic radiation effects?
