Research On The Process, Mechanism And Tendency Of Cluster-type Spatial Development In Changsha Metropolitan Area

China today, the process of urbanization is very fast. Urban regionalization and regional urbanization trend is clearly taking place. The clustering city's model provides a new space model of learning to improve the domestic urban planning theory system for the Chinese urban development. This study base on the typical central cities– Changsha metropolitan.Through the analysis of land use in four years of 1990, 1999, 2003, 2009, it tries to sum up the growth of Cluster spatial characteristics and distribution process, reveal the Cluster mechanism of space development in Changsha urban area and predict the future spatial development of Cluster trends in Changsha urban area, arming to improve the clustering theory, and to provide support for the regionalization of the central city space for the development of guidance and control and planning decision-making.This article includes the following five components:Chapter I, the introduction part of this article, which introduces the subject of sources and research background , explains related concepts and so on.Chapter II, taking the process of Changsha city's spatial growth before 1990s as the guide,it discusses the status of Changsha city transformation and the growth and sums up the characteristics of urban construction in periods of Wuhan.Chapter III, summing up the characteristics of the space development.Taking the data of Changsha land use in 1990s,1999s,2003s and 2009s, as the research base, through the five points of spatial development,,spatial development patterns,,spatial scale of growth,,spatial structure and evolution of spatial form,this chapter descripes space development trend in the past 20 years in Changsha .Chapter IV, revealing the Cluster mechanism of space development of in Changsha urban area. This article established a concept research framework of "power subiect - power type - Power object" to analys the dominant force the dominant factor that impact the space development and reveal the Cluster mechanism of Changsha urban area .Chapter V, this article districts 4 areas to predict the trends of space development with the combination of methods of overall analies. Chapter VI, conclusion and outlook, this paper summarizes the main achievements and shortcomings.
