Research On Collaborative Optimization Of Engineering Technology And Equipment Technology

Key technologies of many big-scale works often lies in the interdisciplinary part between engineering technology and equipment technology. But because of the specialization, there are many technical barriers between each other's communication. Only a few very lucky big-scale projects, as it faces a lot of key technical problems which need to be solved, draws enough attention of both investor and constructor. So after a lot of time and cost has been spent by putting in special funds and establishing specialized organizations, interdisciplinary technologies can make a big breakthrough. However, for most other projects, sensation to the technical cooperation has not been caused deeply, let alone enough attention. When dealing with actual technical problems of the projects, wasting time and increasing cost frequently occurred.Starting with the seacoast and the offshore engineering cooperating tightly, the paper introduces the key technology of the large scale projects which have been completed or under construction, as well as the applications of the product of cooperation between the equipment technology and the engineering technology to these typical projects, enumerates the similarities and differences in related disciplines and effective cooperation contents, provides some cooperation methods, seeks the optimal cooperation paths and offers several ways for evaluating the cooperation effects. In the end, taking the development of the translation and installation technology of the heavy piece of my own experience as an example, it explains the role cooperation plays in the process.Analyzing the affinity of the related subject of two categories and the similarity in specific divisions is the beginning for exploring bilateral conjunction points and solving key issues. To pay attention to participation of both parties, to well complete foundation works of technology and information and to actively participate in the research on the key technology of the project becomes the important way to carry out cooperation research. And solving the key issues faced by the project, offering qualified and satisfying products as well as achieving the economical and social efficiency of the project is the target of technical cooperation.This article enumerates some similarities and differences of connected discipline, and the relative ingredient between two classes by contrasting, creates a tie on resolving two classes of technology, prove the cooperation effect for disclosing the key technologies by means of enumerating classical case, studies the approach of cooperation by means of utilizing market economy benefit driving, introduces the methods of economic substitution and marginal utility to evaluate efficiency.This article may provides some research suggestion of key technologies for the important civil engineering, provides some reference for developing the project technology and the equipment technology together.
