This project is mainly study on metered heating system and retrofit of exsting buildingsof Hebei. According to the servey of exsiting building energy and simulation, we dressed aproper retrofit mode of existing buildings fit for Hebei province and also delivered much usefulinformation for the government to make the right decision. The project is key to solve problemsof retrofit of exsting buildings, and make the reference for the retrofit of exsting buildingsThe article is targeting several different metered heating systems and retrofit of exstingunenergy saving buildings of Hebei? through exsiting building simulation we checked thedifferents between them. We give out several different retrofit modes, compare their advantagesand disvantages.There are two ways to retrofit unenergy saving buildings, one is comprehensive retrofit,the other is onetargetretrofit. Onetarget is mainly used, including outside wall, windows, roof,heating system, we have differernt retrofit ways for different structure modes.This article isbase on the data anlalysing to give different suggestions for different buildings. We analysereasons why some buildings used too much energy, because some of them do not have meteredheating system, room temperteure is too high, so they often open the windows, so much energywasted. According to the computing analyse, when room temperture reach to 25 ,just near℃tothe survey energy. After study on heating sourse, heating system and householdbasedheat metering,we found retrofit for both heating system and structure thermalinsulatingsystem would get better result compared with sigle one. Only structure thermalinsulatingsystem retrofit hardly reaches to the building energy efficiency standard.The article addressed seven kinds of retrofit solutions for unenergysaving buildings,analys the adaptability, energysaving and economy for those solutions. According to thesituation to make the plan, the plan should including retrofit of heaing system and give the technical support for the energy saving retrofit. |
