Abstract/Summary:
At present, the pavement in China is primarily made by the cement stabilized sand gravel asphalt pavement, and considering the designed year of the pavement, most of the pavement has already reached its deadline of the use and entered the maintainance phase. The asphalt pavement cool regenerated technology is to mix the waste asphalt pavement materials and the stabilizer and newaggregate together, after then new createis directly paved in original pavement structure. This technology can make full use of waste asphalt pavement materials, and has the good economic and social benefits, and according with the idea of the sustainable development. Meanwhile, cold regeneration material has good way-use performance and pavement regeneration effect. But the current domestic asphalt pavement for cold regeneration technology research is not perfect, especially cold regeneration material is more complex, for the performance of the research still save insufficient.The paper relying on The cold area of the cement stable cold regeneration of process research project, it mainly researchesthe way-use performance of cement stabilizers asphalt pavement materials cold regeneration of basic materials. Thereby, provides recommend of cold regeneration structure and materialdesignparameter of the asphalt pavement.Firstly, determineand analyze the nature of pavement materials by the pavement planer, then adjusting its grade and guarantying the cold regeneration material according with reasonable grade. In addition, determine the compaction character ofthe cement stable cold regeneration materialin differentproportion.Secondly, this paper researches the way-use performanceof the cement stable asphalt pavement of cold regenerationmaterial with different cement dose, different basic thickness ratio, different new aggregate quantity and different ages, including the unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength and compressive resilience modulus and temperature shrinkage properties and anti-freeze properties. Through the analysis of the test data, determine the mechanical property and the development regularity of cement stable cold regeneration material, plusthe influence of way-use performance in different affecting factors, anddeterminethe reasonable proportion.Finally, this paper will contrast cold regeneration effect and economic and social benefits of the asphalt pavement cold regeneration projects based on the deep type in Heilongjiang province.By test of the cement stable that cold regeneration of asphalt pavement materials 7d no lateral restraint compressive strength recommend areas: 2.3~2.8MPa. At the same time, the temperature has the most influencedfor the cement stable asphalt pavement materials at 0℃~15℃temperature range. In addition, through the cold regeneration project example on economic analysis, it is concluded that the cement stabilized by local cold regeneration process and traditional reconstruction method can save more than 30%, compared with good economic benefit.
