The first expressway in China is the Shanghai-Hujia Expressway,which was completed and opened to traffic in 1988.After its completion,the construction of China’s highways was at a peak period during which a large number of high-grade roads were built.Judging from the data,the service life of asphalt pavement is generally 15 to 20 years.Therefore,in the 21 st century,China will enter a period of full-scale outbreak for the maintenance and reconstruction of highways.As for the pavement materials,we know that the asphalt of the used asphalt is only partially aged and the aggregate performance is slightly reduced.Of course,this also leads to a decrease in its use performance.However,the asphalt and coarse aggregate in the used asphalt pavement materials are not used.Complete failure,waste will also cause waste of resources and environmental pollution,so the recycling of waste materials on the road is an important means to solve problems and promote sustainable development.According to incomplete statistics,according to the annual production of waste asphalt pavement materials and production inputs,after 10 years,the maintenance of bituminous pavement will produce more than 10 million tons of old bituminous materials.If these old asphalt materials are used as recycled materials,If you do,you can save 1.5 billion yuan annually.Asphalt pavement maintenance,repair and reconstruction will inevitably produce a lot of asphalt waste asphalt mixture,waste will inevitably cause resource waste and environmental pollution,and regeneration is an effective way to solve the problem.The method of recycling used in this paper makes full use of waste asphalt mixture,which not only saves energy,protects the environment,but also saves construction costs to a certain extent and prolongs the construction season.Compared with the ordinary method,the cost savings can reach 40% to 50%.The cold mix asphalt mixture based on RAP in this paper is a kind of mixture which can be stored after the production of hot mix asphalt mixture and is basically not restricted by the season and the environment in use.At present,it is mainly used for the maintenance of the pavement and the laying of the surface.This method can greatly reduce the maintenance cost,and the environmental pollution is small and convenient,so the research of cold mix cold asphalt mixture is of great significance to the development of traffic road.This article first summarizes and analyzes relevant domestic and foreign literatures.Based on preliminary understanding of the performance of cold-mixed cold paving asphalt mixtures,the research content and technical route of this article are put forward.Then the cold mixing based on the waste asphalt mixture is presented.The asphalt mixture was studied.Firstly,the RAP was extracted and the performance of the aged asphalt was tested.The old aggregate was screened and the mix ratio was determined.The molding method was determined by comparison and the compaction method was rotary compaction.Instead of the traditional Marshall compaction,the experimental methods for initial molding and final molding of the mixture were determined;when determining the optimum amount of asphalt,the volume index and mechanical properties of the test piece were combined to determine the optimum amount of asphalt;In the mixed material test,the high temperature performance,low temperature performance,and water stability of the cold mix asphalt recycled mix were analyzed and studied in comparison with the hot mix asphalt mix;the cement and the premix were analyzed.Impact on the mechanical properties of the mixture;Finally,the key construction technology of the cold-mixed cold paving asphalt mixture based on RAP was proposed through the laying of the test road.The test road site was inspected and its performance was tested through the test road mixture.verification.
