With the development of highway construction in China, the length of highway of different grades increases dramatically, and the status of highway networks has been improved significantly. Asphalt pavement has been one of the main pavement forms in China, whose life expectancy can last for fifteen to twenty years theoretically. In accordance with this estimation, the highways of different grades that were constructed after 1990s in succession have entered the phases of overhaul and intermediate maintenance, during which lots of waste and scrap materials for asphalt pavement will come into being. If those materials were abandoned, it will not only bring environmental pollution, but also waste the resources. Thus, recycling of the asphalt mixture is of significance to environment protection as well as sustainable development.Asphalt pavement full depth in-place cold reclamation is an innovative reclamation technology. This thesis tests for the physical and mechanical parameter, properties of dry shrinkage and temperature contraction and fatigue properties of the cement-stabilized cold-recycling mixture produced under the in-place cold reclamation project of G202. First of all, the thesis makes comparison of the impact on the strength properties of the recycling mixtures brought by different content of old asphalt mixture, put forward the design and evaluating parameter, which it is better to adopt the strength index of 90-day-age as the design parameter standard for this kind of materials under the test temperature of 20℃. Secondly, by analysis of properties of dry shrinkage and temperature contraction of the cold-recycling mixture with 6% cement and 40% asphalt mixture, it proves that the existence of asphalt can improve the properties of anti-dry-shrinkage and anti-temperature-shrinkage to some extent. In the end, the thesis sums up the fatigue equation and the fatigue curve.In addition, the author comes up with the construction technique and feasible control standard of project quality appropriate for asphalt pavement full depth in-place cold reclamation, which lays the foundation for the application of the technology.Last but not least, there are analysis and comment on the society and circumstance benefits brought by the construction with asphalt pavement full depth in-place cold reclamation.
