A new gyroscope, which uses a unique structure and suspension technology, and has a high accuracy, low power consumption, long life and reliable operation and so on. Therefore, the dynamic pressure flotation gyroscope motor is small and the general framework of the gyro motor power and different, so we need to design and parameters selection to analyze the dynamic pressure motor design. In this article, this dynamic pressure flotation gyroscope motor drive component, which is essentially a three-phase AC induction motor, so we need to design both a three-phase AC induction motor, while taking into account the characteristics of the dynamic pressure flotation dedicated gyro motor, so that the rotor gyro stable, and reliable.Firstly, the dynamic pressure on the motor drive system of mathematical modeling. On this basis sets out the principles and implementation of vector control methods. In contrast to the SPWM and SVPWM based on the merits of the proposed space vector modulation based vector control methods. PWM modulation is also analyzed in the course of the generation mechanism of dead-time effect. The introduction of the concept of the error voltage vector is in order to describe the dead time effect. Multiple solutions in a comprehensive analysis based on the proposed space vector inverter dead time compensation effect.Then, I made the dynamic pressure motor drive system for the hardware design. TMS320F2812 designed as the core microprocessor digital control circuit. I used PS21267 intelligent power module to the core of the power drive circuit. SVPWM technique designed using all-digital DSP-based vector control system. In software design, this article written in assembly language with TMS320F2812vector control system program.,eventual system debugging, experimental analysis. The results show that the system has good control performance and stability, can be applied to the actual dynamic pressure flotation gyroscope control.
