Since the middle of the last century, with the development of power devices and upgrading, make communication devices towards modernization, intelligent direction. Especially with the vector control theory is put forward, ac motor instead of the dc motor has become a necessity of historical development. And vector control of induction motor based on the speed regulating performance, response time and speed range has incomparable advantages, it has been the focus of scholars at home and abroad research.This article mainly analysis and research on asynchronous motor vector control system, the product model for TMS320F28335 in TI company DSP on the basis of the construction of the system’s hardware and software, and make full use of space voltage vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) technique was carried out on the electromagnetic field of circular trajectory tracking, better implementation of the performance of vector control of induction motor control. This paper first introduces the research background and practical significance, and the asynchronous motor control technology and the development of the theory of vector has carried on the summary; Then, in order to more intuitive and clear understanding of the asynchronous motor vector theory of stator current vector control is converted into a current control of two phase rotation system implementation process, using the mathematical knowledge to the whole transformation process mathematical formula is derived in detail, and based on this, advances the speed regulator based on grey sliding mode variable structure control algorithm, and then based on the modeling and simulation of the whole system, grey sliding mode variable structure is verified in terms of resistance to disturbance of the system has obvious advantages; And then complete the DSP28335 as the core control chip of the construction of the induction motor vector control experiment platform, the main design of the hardware circuit including main circuit, control circuit, drive circuit, detection circuit, based on the software implementation process is given; Finally, combined the technology of SVPWM control algorithm, experimental results show that the control system can complete induction motor variable frequency speed regulation is reliable and effective.
