Study On Waterfront-landscape Design In Luoyang City

Urban waterfront is an important part of the urban public green fields, which reflect combination of nature, artificiality, and humanity. It occupies an important position in the urban overall plan positioning. However, compare with the western developed countries, the urban waterfront landscape planning and construction in our country started late. At present, the number of construction is objective, but the quality of the overall development is still in its infancy and the development is lack of systematic explicit theory as a guide. The phenomenon of repeat construction, stereotype, and lack of local special characteristics can be seen everywhere, which left lots of imperfections in the integral effect of the landscape.This paper conducted a systematically study of the theory of urban waterfront landscape and summarized its design concept and principle. This paper elaborated its important significance and the problems existing in the construction process, and put forward the treatment of the main component of water-front landscape and the applications of hydrophilic design, ecological design and historical context design in waterfront space, and proposed measures of avoiding waterfront environment pollution.This paper summarized the general situation of water environment of Luoyang, investigated waterfront landscape, analyzed the status, existing shortcomings and problems of water-front landscape take Luohe as an example, and proposed the solution strategySeeing that the importance of the historical context in luoyang city waterfront landscape design, we should inherit and develop the history and culture of Luoyang through the waterfront landscape design construction process.We should also insist on the people-oriented principle and give prominence to the thoughts of close to the water and ecological balance. This paper referenced the experiences and lessons of construction of Luohe waterfront landscape, looked to the development of Yihe water landscape, and proposed how to highlight the local characteristics of Luoyang in waterfront landscape, which providing a reference for the construction of Luohe waterfront landscape in the future, and the construction of waterfront landscape in the historic city.
