"Design of Automotive Electronic Control Engine Test System" is for the requirement of detection and fault diagnosis in modern electronic control engine system. It adopts signal acquisition device directly to read electronic control engine sensor and actuator signal, and then sends the signal to PC through the USBCAN-Ⅱinterface card, corresponding software Calculates, analysis, shows these signals finally. So, it is different from detection diagnosis instrument, mainly embodied in it is an "online, real-time" detection system. In addition, detection system uses CAN bus technology wich widely used in electronic control engine, it will ensure that the real time and reliability testing system, it has larger significance in maintenance and related teaching work of electronic control engine.First of all, this paper analyzes the research status of detecting system in domestic and overseas, puts forward the specific design work in detection system. Secondly, this paper introduces CAN bus technology, LabVIEW software, USBCAN-Ⅱdebugging, defines CAN data fields in this paper. On this basis, this paper introduces designing work of signal acquisition device and detection system software. Signal acquisition device includes hardware and related control procedures. Hardware design includes choice of main control chip, CAN transceiver, design of collecting signal and regulate circuit. Then, it designs CAN communications nodes. At the same time, it also designs corresponding control procedures of hardware circuit. Detection system software can set initialization of USBCAN-Ⅱinterface card, communicate, calculate, analysis results. Finally, this paper analyzes experimental results of the detection system.This paper analyzes the construction from hardware system to control procedures. It is adhering to the "guarantee system stability and real-time" in hardware system whether core chip choice or peripherals structures. Control procedures still guarantee system stability and real-time for each function modular design. Detection system software ensures stability and accuracy in control instruction and data transmission. It trives to use visual display reflecting characteristics in electronic control engine system, it is good for signal analysis. It strives to use visual display reflecting operating characteristics of electronic-controlled engine, it is good for signal analysis. Finally, this paper analyzes the test results, evaluates the accuracy of the system tests objectively through testing on the system.
