Automobile engine cooling system is a very important system in automobile engine.With the development of electronics and information technology,the electronic level in automobile engine control systems is getting higher.In the engine cooling system control system,the use of electronic products can provide good safety and economy for the operation of the engine.At the same time,the current development methods and development platforms for automotive embedded software are also subject to certain restrictions while the automotive electronics industry is developing rapidly.Under the above background,the main research contents of this subject are as follows.This article first introduces the various components,working principles,performance and parameters of the engine cooling system,and analyzes the control strategies of the electronic thermostat and PWM fan of the main electronic components in the engine cooling system;then the current popular cars Embedded software development mode V-shaped development mode and module graphical automotive embedded software development platform ASCET will be introduced in detail,and the naming of INCA and control parameters will be briefly introduced to prepare for subsequent model building and test calibration;After analyzing the control requirements of the engine cooling system,the control parameters and control pin definitions in the engine cooling system are determined,and ASCET-MD is used to complete the modeling of the engine cooling system control strategy.Integrate the above two modules and establish a project,perform model offline simulation verification,verify that the model control logic meets the design requirements,analyze the simulation curve,and verify the feasibility and availability of the model.Finally,the model uses the ASCET-SE tool set to automatically generate product-level C code readable by the ECU,and integrates the generated code into the engine management system EMS control software for system-level test verification.After the verification is passed,road reliability tests are conducted to verify the feasibility and reliability of the developed engine cooling control system,and provide a reference for the development method flow of other functional modules in the automotive electronic control system.Finally,the thesis is summarized,and the efficiency of developing the engine cooling control system based on the V-shaped development model and the ASCET platform is proposed.The deficiencies in the work of the thesis and the areas where the work needs to be improved are summarized and prospected.
