At present,Industrial wireless technology has been gradually applied into different areas of industry.Industrial wireless technology is a low-rate wireless communication technologies which is for the short-range devices.Industrial wireless techonoly,anti-jaming,ultra-low power,is often used in harsh industrial enviroments.Now,industrial wireless technology rarely used in the failure monitoring system of belt conveyer.So this topic will use industrial wireless techonoly into failure monitoring system of belt conveyer,which could solve the difficult routing, improve safety and be reliable of the system.The paper studies the wireless system of belt conveyer failure monitoring,which includes thress parts:data acquisition system-monitoring node,data transmission system-monitoring terminal and host computer-a user interface.Monitoring node is based on the STC11F60XE single chip.Snaking level of belt conveyer is measured by PZB protection device.Meanwile,we can measure rate of belt conveyer to monitor failure of belt conveyer,such as skid,fracture,and so on.Then the RF module nRF905 transmits collection of data to monitoring terminal. Monitoring terminal is based on the STC11F60XE single chip,too.In the monitoring terminal,the data are received by the wireless receive module nRF905,and displayed by LCD,and saved,and the fault is alarmed by voice. The monitoring terminal upload collection of data to the host computer through serial port RS223. Finally,the data is examined processed,displaied and storied by the host computer.A user interface is developed by visual basic,because VB is simple, small programming,easy learning, and short development cycle.Especially VB is very suitable for engineering person who is not major in computer.The hardware circuit and software program of wireless failure monitoring system of belt conveyer was designed completely.And the system had been bulided in a circuit board.Two communication protocol with strong anti-interference ability and high reliability were designed.One is for wireless communication from monitoring node to monitoring terminal,and another is for communication from monitoring terminal to the host computer.The wireless communication is in a multicast mode,So we must consider of the data collision problem. we use the CSMA arithmetic to preventing the data collision.Experimental examination of the system has been done,the test results show that the system mainly achieves fault signal's real-time collection,wireless transmission is reliable and stable,then the achieving design meets the qualification of the subject... |
