Roller Compacted Concrete Dam Construction Quality Management

On the basis of Long Tan Hydropower Project, this thesis researches quality control of RCC construction. Firstly, the relevant researching results about quality control theory and quality control theory of RCC construction are elaborated, and the research frame is briefly introduced. Secondly, the author thoroughly states speculative knowledge about quality control of construction from the aspect of project quality control theory, and on the basis of that, the current situations of quality control on dam RCC construction are sufficiently and profoundly researched in terms of basic conditions on dam RCC construction of hydropower station, detail content of quality control of dam RCC construction, the existing problems of quality control on dam RCC construction, and factors influencing quality control on dam RCC construction. Thirdly, in view of problems existed in construction quality control and main factors caused those problems, the quality control points on dam RCC construction of hydropower station is established, and measures of whole process quality control on dam RCC construction is put force. As the statistical indicators of quality control achievements of Long Tan Hydropower Station shows, the solution proposed in the thesis is reliable and it has already been applied in the practical construction.
