Research About The Application Oriented Protationg And Development In Qian Xian City Master Planning

Qianxian as a provincial-level historic city in 1993, it's a dense population city of Xian yang located North of Wei river. In the process of urbanization and the fast urbanization and the western big development dual backgrounds, the population gathers rapidly, the demand of Urbanization,actually existence the Contradictory between the urban development and the historical city protection demand. Respects the city mausoleum relations in Qianxian master planning, to solve the the Historic City Conservation and development contradiction, processes the industrial park,the new city and the old city three relations is the core of Qianxian master planning.This thesis Fengtian Old City (Qianxian county town) is studied , from histrtonic city conservation and urban planning perspective, to discuss the pattern of the histrtonic city conservation and development. Through historical research and field research first-hand information, use inductive and comparative methods, the use of conservation science, history, geography, sociology, ecology, economics and other disciplines of research results, studied the relationship of Qianxain city and the mausoleum, urban layout,policy of old city protection and control, Ecosystem construction, industrial developmentand so on, to discuss"new old separation"development model in Qianxian master palnning.The main conclusion is: Remains general historical city qianxain County regarding the history to adopt"the new old separation, melts enters old newly"development model, its establishment in the city mausoleum relations, the ecological environment control as well as above the old city protection's foundation, through the new city as well as industrial park's construction, clears out urban functions and so on old castle town population, politics, economy, and implants the new function---Tourist service base function, thus guarantees the old castle town the vigor. The urban construction by the new town primarily, guaranteed urban the modernization as well as the modern economy's development, has solved the urban protection and the development contradiction mutually with the old castle town for the backing.The aims of this research is in the provincial level historical city overall plan the development model exploration, namely under the historical cities protection's premise, how to realize the urban development, the new old castle town transition and the fusion, promotes the urban whole accord development theory exploration, has the theory value and the practical significance.
