With the rapid development of the national economy, our country urbanization advancement speeds up obviously, which is manifested in the doubled and re-doubled expand of urban population scale and the urban space scale. With this corresponding, the municipal transportation motorization also shows accelerated growth. Because of the municipal transportation motorization's growth causes the traffic pressure questions to intensify unceasingly along with it, the conflict of social vehicles and public transport's transportation demand is also prominent day by day. As the city people main transportation vehicle, the mass transit's dominant position urgent needs to be maintained by the scientific method. Therefore the research of priority responded the mass transit demand becomes the questions which urgently need to be solved in the transportation domain. Then the intersection as the basis for urban transport infrastructure, which will inevitably become the first primary position as research public transportation and implementation priority responded. Therefore this article has carried out necessary and deep research on the public transportation of the priority simple point control policy.On the basis of studying the domestic and foreign public transportation priority system and the intersection signal control theory, this article has discussed and studied the public transportation priority and the single intersection signal control strategy. This article takes the intersection signals achieving the procedural control for the public transport priority as a goal, in view of the different road intersection road traffic condition, takes the coordination control way as the foundation. Mixed traffic intersection, respectively, as well as intersections with the bus lane is laid from the detector design to a different bus priority control strategy for the establishment of the logical framework and algorithm design, and by online method about integrates programs chosen to achieve a variety of control strategies complementary advantages.
