Regard public transit as the leading pattern of city traffic, it has already reached extensive common recongnition in the sphere of whole world. It is urgent because that the voice of" public transport priority development" has been raised. Under this background, this paper discusses how to practise and apply measure and every specific technology of " public transport priority ", and analyses the possible problem produced in practice and application course .It revolves around four aspects to spread out,that is bus-only approaches, bus stop, transit signal priority in the intersection , Bus Rapid Transport (BRT). Feasibility analysis have been carried out to conduct bus lanes design, and offer the crucial design parameter, calculation method, calculation example for bus lanes as well as design suggestion take value. After opening up the bus-only approaches, three main problems have been analysed and discussed by means of calculation, that is export road additional delay of bus stop and the reasonable line number of bus stop and the location of bus stop. At last,the technology of transit signal priority in the intersection has been discussed by the method of practicality and adaptability analysis,different concepts conducted the construction of Bus Rapid Transport has been compared.
