In recent years, a large number of over-cross structures have become the main way of relieving the traffic pressure, such as building overpass. However, it is of common occurrence that collision occurred between superelevation vehicles and overpass bridges because of bridge clearance limitation or driving in the wrong way. The analysis shows that the collision between bridges and vehicles has two types: one is hitting upper structures of bridge due to the superelevation vehicles; Another kind is hitting substructure, such as piers. Two kinds of accident could have caused deadly destruction of bridge.Because of the two types of collision destruction are very big, local damage repairment is difficult, and the costs are very high, especially for serious traffic jam. How to analyze the impact on bridge, and how to evaluate the damage of bridge, and the safety or maintenance is of great realistic significance. Due to heavy car of real bridge is not only extremely difficult, but rather costly (basically is car destroyed and bridge injury), so by computer simulation technology, the crash simulation analysis of collision between bridges and vehicles has very distinct advantage.This paper just based on the two kinds of collision accident, in a small amount on the basis of the model test study nonlinear-finite element software, using universal ABAQUS. The model used standard overloaded vehicles and prestressed concrete slab-bridge. And with different conditions of the vehicles hitting bridges respectively. Specific contents as follows:â‘ Research in different speed collisions for bridge, besides influence of the whole, stress, displacement and damage of girder and pier;â‘¡Research in different angle collisions for bridge, besides influence of the whole, stress, displacement and damage of girder and pier;â‘¢Research in different quality collisions for bridge, besides influence of the whole, stress, displacement and damage of girder and pier.Finally, with the damage detection method in common, according to the study, this paper discusses the impact and damage mechanism after collision how to effectively evaluate the damage degree and establish corresponding evaluation system.
