This article took the water environment security of drinking water sources in the Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu province as the research background.By applying Water Quality Index and the assessment models for water environmental health risk to evaluate the security of drinking water and environmental health risk for water supply source separately. On the basis of this, this dissertation further used the semi-quantitative DANA simulation software to establish actor modeliing concerning chromium pollution of the water cycle, the best strategy of controlling chromium pollution of the drinking water in the Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu province was simulated and analyzed, the study also provided pertinence management strategies.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.By applying Water Quality Index to evaluate the security of drinking water for water supply source in the Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu province, the three years 2007 to 2009 WQI average of drinking water sources was between 20 and 40 in the Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu province, showing good results,and its lower reaches was better than upper and middle reaches, rainy season was better than dry season in general.2.The order of magnitude of the water environmental health risk of drinking water sources in the Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu province caused by gene toxic substances was from 10-8 to 10-4 a-1 and caused by non-gene toxic substances ranged from 10-12 to 10-9 a-1.3. In the whole Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu province, the health risk caused by gene toxic substances was basically in sequence as Cr>As>Cd.4. The three years 2007 to 2009 average of the water environmental health risk was more than 5.0×10-5a-1 which is the standard value recommended by ICRP, the order of the Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu province was:lower reaches> upper reaches> middle reaches,and the order of magnitude of the three years average of the water environmental health risk of lower reaches and middle reaches was 10-5 a-1, but that of lower reaches was 10-4 a-1, its lower reaches should be the focal point of water pollution control.5.By means of the DANA simulation software to establish and analyzed actor modeliing concerning chromium pollution of the water cycle and provide the best strategy of controlling chromium pollution of the water cycle as follows:related departments must develop green circular economy, install sewage separator, boost the public's initiative of participation in environmental management, strengthen the research of controlling chromium pollution and advance the economic society comprehensive coordinated and the sustainable development.In this study, the main drinking water health risk factor management strategy by using actor modeling was studied, this paper established actor network model concerning chromium pollution of the water cycle which was natural-technique-human system, it was of a great significance in the study of the management measures concerning other pollutants of the water cycle.
