Oriented SMT The SPC Software Design And Implementation

Quality control is a key problem in the quality management field,and the key factor to improve product quality.Statistical Process Control (SPC) has been acting as a gigantic drive in terms of bettering production process, efficiency and quality. Immeasurable value has been created for many enterprises since the successful implementation of SPC in manufacturing industry while establishing theoretical and practical fundament for its application in software industry. The purpose of quality control in PCB machining process is to control product quality from the beginning by controlling the key factors which exist in the PCB machining process,so as to detect problems in time and reduce the period of reworking and debugging,to reduce the anufacturing cost and to increase the product pass rate.With the principle and thought of statistical process control,introduced the control charts technology including its design principle,sorts,distinguish rules in different conditions and howto USCcontrol charts in quality management system.The dissertation deeply analyzes the effect to the quality in the PCB machining process which is caused by handlers,technological methods,machines and raw material,so as to extract the key factors among them.This paper researches on the evaluation technique of the quality and credibility of SMT production,the application of SPC in the SMT production line. Thorough analysis is given on the requirement of SMT produce to SPC software and the design of the software framework is presented.Details description of the key function such as control diagram,statement output,database etc,are carefully described.Then we propose the design methods for the SPC software.The result of the test shows that the software have various batch quantity with many series environment descend ability that carry on the parameter process of the key craft's supervision and provided for the production line an earlier period report to the police system;it decrease the dependence on normal regulations examination,system examination methods are used instead of a great deal of examination and verification work.
