| Gas Insulated Switchgear has many advantages, small size, all components sealed from environmental interference, high reliability, and long maintenance cycle, coupled with the advanced nature of the technical and economic advantages, it has been widely used in much voltage levels of the substation. Although GIS has many advantages, there are some problems, such as:all components enclosed in metal box, once failure occured, it is difficult to detect and accurate position; the internal electrical components are more easy to make failure expand; the structure is complex and it is difficult to remove, after the failure, it is difficult to make the on-site maintenance. Therefore, the operational status of GIS in real-time measurementis imperative.This paper summarized the domestic and foreign intelligence surveillance in the GIS research results achieved at present, and the technical difficulties and problems existed, defined the direction of this study. Selecting SF6 gas, circuit breaker performance, switch position, transformer as the main measurement projects of the system, voltage and current signals to the collection, analysis and processing as the focus, designed the circuit board for data collection and analysis. Expanded the theoretical and experimental study of intelligent monitoring of GIS from circuit program selection, system hardware and software designand implementation, the signal acquisition experiments, etc.AD acquisition module of the TMS320F2812 chip is the core of data collection, Selecting the different transformer circuit for the different measurement projects, with the signal conditioning circuitry, chip peripherals, and communication interface, completed the signal data acquisition of voltage and current, editing and debugging system software in CCS Integrated Development Environment, use the SEED-XDS510PLUS to simulate the AD of the system in the CCS environment, and using fast Fourier transform analysis the voltage and current signals, through the oscilloscope,CCS development environment and LCD display for monitoring signal, verify the design of the GIS system can achieve the aim of intelligent monitoring. |
