Railway takes enormous energy consumption in our country. It is an effective way for railway department to reduce energy consumption by optimized operation and technological development. It's an economical and feasible way to adopt tractive calculation simulator for optimizing train operation. With the construction of high-speed railway in China, It is important to research and develop the tractive calculation simulator which is fit for the high speed train.The paper has developed a tractive calculation simulator TractionRun2.0 on the basis of TractionRun1.0 which is developed by China Railway Electrical and Automation Laboratory. The simulator can be used for the simulation of multiple trains under deffrient block type. The papaer has mainly finished the research as following:(1) The paper proposed a timely energy-saving operation algorithm based on the energy-saving law of coasting, and integrated the timely operation simulation model into TractionRun2.0. The module take consider of the energy-saving effect of diffirent braking section, provide a way to determine the post of coasting and braking.(2) The usual tractive calculation system doesn't fit for the high speed trains of CRH series. The paper developed a new tractive calculation system for high speed train of China CRH series.The simulation of CRH3 high speed train which runs on the Wuhan-Guangdong railway shows that the system according to energy conservation law, this proves the accuracy of the system's calculation.(3) The paper has analysed the effect of different signal aspects to tracking interval, and constructed the simulation model of train operation overspend protection ATP system. On the basis of ATP system, the paper finished the tractive calculation simulator for multiple trains based on run chart.
