| In the view of disadvantage of the traditional liquid level measurement method in the tough measurement environment and non-contact measurement technique as well as measurement precision, this article combines the present liquid level measurement method and technique with the laser trigonometry principle, adopt the advanced laser displacement sensor based on triangulation and Data Acquisition Card to make the LabVIEW as a man-machine interaction tool to complete the acquisition of analog signals, digital signal processing and the control of logging in the system.In the designing of liquid level measuring system, the article utilizes Catia to develop the liquid level measurement platform, accomplish the modeling and analysis of laser displacement sensor. By analyzing the output analog signals of sensor, select the appropriate Data Acquisition Card and Industrial Personal Computer, which complete the data communication between Data Acquisition Card and Industrial Personal Computer, applying the LabVIEW software to programmer for realizing the control interface of man-machine interaction.In order to ensure the stability and high precision demand of the system, it is necessary to put the liquid level measuring system in the real measurement environment to detect the system and analyze data, compared to the trial results to debug and improve the system. |
