Variable speed hydraulic technology as a new type of energy-saving drive mode, it can reduce energy loss of the overall hydraulic system, energy-saving effect is remarkable, improve the efficiency of the whole system, so it has a brilliant application prospect in the hydraulic system. With the comparison to the traditional pump control system, it has obvious advantages, such as low noise and wide speed range, but the variable speed hydraulic speed control system also has some main problems, such as long response time, poor low-speed characteristics, low speed stiffness. In order to make this energy-saving drive technology have better development and application, this paper will design a test-control system, which uses MCU as its main controller, to collect hydraulic pressure signal and output control signal in the experiment of variable speed pump control motor speed control system.By the analysis of structure and operating principle of the variable speed hydraulic system, this paper ascertain the output signal type of sensors, control signal output of transducer and proportional directional valve and proportional relief valve, so as to design the general structure and function of signal conditioning circuit and test-control system. This paper elaborate hardware design of the test-control system, and the design contains power module, reset circuit, data storage, data acquisition circuit, LCD display and keyboard circuit, D/A analog output module and USB communication circuit, at the same time it designs signal regulate circuit board to process the input and output signals of the test-control system, for example, signal amplification and signal isolation and filtering. It design the schematic diagram and PCB of signal conditioning circuit and test-control system, moreover, processed circuit board and soldering the component on the circuit board, and manufacture the hardware product. System software is designed by the application of Software Build Environment KeilC, and the program design includes system main program, multi-channel data acquisition program, LCD display and keyboard program, D/A output control program. All Software is debugged on-line through applying the Keil uVision and WAVE simulator, and by means of the realization of debugging the data acquisition and LCD display programs, it has been prove that the design of hardware and software is correct, and the test-control system can collect and display the dynamic parameter of variable hydraulic system.Through the experiment and debugging of the hardware and software, it shows that the test-control system of the variable speed hydraulic system based on MCU can display and collect real-time multiple hydraulic parameters at the same time. In addition, the product has distinct advantages, such as small volume, convenience for application, high performance/price ratio and powerful expansibility, also the design will provide excellent reference for the application for the same kind test-control system.
