In recent years, due to the global economy, highly dependent on fossil fuels impact, as well as out of concern for environmental issues, power generation, alternative methods are more and more attentive.At the same time, the gradual diversification of energy markets, this trend, the wind may be one of the most promising sustainable energy sources. The number of the world's wind farms are increasing year by year, but wind power gear box failure things, one after another, especially in wind power in China's chances of gearbox failure occurs in the wind turbine failures in the possession of a large proportion. It is because of this, how to safeguard the normal operation of wind turbine, gear box failure repairs in a timely manner or to predict the power generation process in the gear box failure may occur and timely replacement of equipment, reduce production losses caused by accidents. This requires a set of real-time monitoring system for wind power gear box in real-time monitoring, to keep abreast of on-site problems. This paper is to introduce a wind power gear box for high-power wireless monitoring systems.First, the overall structure of the introduced high-power wind power gear box of the wireless monitoring and control system to take the overall architecture and the advantages of mesh topology. On the hardware design, introduces the terminal nodes, router nodes and coordinator nodes design. Terminal node is mainly introduced the CC2430-based wireless sensor network node design and collection of modules running data gearbox sensor design. Router nodes in the wireless sensor network node design based on the addition of a serial port. The design coordinator of the USB key is to introduce the design, liquid crystal display module design and LEDS design.Then, introducing high power wind power gear box of the wireless monitoring system software implementation and the host computer management system for research and development. The system's software programming sensor nodes are mainly data collection terminals, routers, data reception and transmission, coordinator of data collected through the serial port to upload it to the host computer database of three modules of software development. Host computer management system is implemented using VB friendly man-machine interface management system, which mainly describes the main form of management system, real-time monitoring and system management functional blocks.At last, the paper provides generalise and review of the work done, the inadequacies of the present system and the way to improve the performance.Figure [28] reference [49]...
