| Power resources have played an important role in accelerating urban construction and improving citizens'living level. With the commercialization of power resources, the situation of electric larceny, that not only the amount is increasing and the methods are also increasingly covert and subtle, is getting more serious and greatly increases the work and difficulty of electricity power relevant staff. Therefore, it is very important to improve the theory level of power relevant staff. This paper introduces the structure of electronic energy meter, the principle of electric larceny to new type of electronic energy meter, and according to surveys, summarizes the characteristics of High-tech electric larceny and effective measures taken by relevant units. Based on this, a software named the electric larceny simulation and training system is been developed, using C++ Builder 6 and SQL Server 2000 database, including 6 function units of Independent Study Unit, Trainee Training Unit, Self-test Unit, Terminal Examination Unit, Data Browse Unit and System Maintenance Unit. In training, according to the selected stealing ways, single-phase and three-phase electronic meter will be simulated. Meanwhile, the elementary diagrams and vector graphics under correct wiring and consistent with selected stealing ways will be generated and drew automatically to students for comparing. And the system will calculate the electrical quantities. In teaching, the system has realized the combination of theory and practice to simulate an actual condition for investigating stealing work. In the software maintenance, in order to ensure the practicality of the system, an interface is been provided for teachers to update the texts and pictures information when necessary. The three aspects above, six functions, coordinate to make the preventing electric larceny simulation and training system to become an effective tool in training and examining the relevant staff in power system. |
