Research On Adaptability Evaluation For Highway Transportation And Economic&Social Development

The relations between highway transportation and economic&social development level is closely related, different economic&social development level should be equipped with different highway transportation level. Economic&social will be accelerated greatly if it is equipped with highway transportation, otherwise it will become a bottleneck for economic&social development. Therefore, adaptability evaluation for highway transportation and economic&Social development can offer important theoretical reference value and realistic guiding significance for understanding highway transportation development stage accurately, grasping focus and making highway transportation development strategic planning.Based on connotation analysis of interaction and adaptive relationship between highway transportation and economic&social development, basic theory, method, models and demonstration for evaluation adapatability are studied. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:At first, the research progress of Interaction between transportation and national economy was reviewed, the problems anddeficiency existing in the related domain is put forward. Based on introducing the Transport Evolution Model, advancement of transportization theory and "valve value theory", the development trend of interaction between transportation and national economy was put forward with the adjustment of transport development strategy of the developed countries.Secondly, after connotation analysing of adaptive relationship between highway transportation and economic&social development, based on with goal consistency, feasibility, independency dynamic tenability, regional adaptability, principles of combination of qualitative and quantitative indexes, authors established the adaptability evaluation index system from highway transportation infrastructure, transportation service, management level and information, development environment and sustainability. After defining the standard of related evaluation indexes on basis of scientific orientation of highway transportation development environment with clustering analysis method, authors nondimensionalized the evaluation indexes and proposed a new adaptability evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process model and non-linear weighted comprehensive assessment method.Finally, the evaluation index system of highway transportation sustainable development based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and nonlinear weighted evaluation methodwas proposed and applied to evaluation of the adaptive relationship between highway transportation and economic&social development of Sichuan Province. The result indicates that the adaptability evaluation index system and model explore the adaptive relationship between highway transportation and economic&social development, and could be beneficial to highway transportation development strategic planning and related research.
