The rubber bearing testing machine of bridge is the special equipment for testing the mechanical properties of finished products of rubber bearing, such as compression-deformation test, friction coefficient test and hydro-steering test. The accuracy of loading and dynamic packing of the testing machine has a direct influence of the veracity of result, and traditional control method fail to produce a good effect in current rubber bearing testing machine. Therefore, the dissertation views the type of YJJ-15000kN rubber bearing testing machine as the target, deeply conducts the research regarding control method of the system and designs corresponding software for it.First, the structure of the rubber bearing testing machine of bridge, the fundamental principal of hydraulic system and the component of measurement and control system is stated in the dissertation, meanwhile, the working principle and working flow of the proposed testing machine is also introduced. Second, consideration on nonlinearity and pressure jump on asymmetrical cylinder's reversing of electro-hydraulic servo system, a mathematical model and fuzzy adaptive PID controller is built for it. Some simulations have been implemented by using Matlab/simulink to research on the control effect of the controller. Third, according to function requirements of the system, a software is built, which is based on OOP and modularization programming with the visual studio IDE. The software uses ADO to access the information and result of experiment from Access Database and communicates to data acquisition module with multi serial ports. The report forms of the software is implemented by using the ACReport component provided by third part. Finally, the precise timer is designed by applying help of windows API function.The results indicate that fuzzy adaptive PID has a good anti-interference ability and could be effective avoid to the abrupt change of pressure. The software is reliable, usable and has a friendly human-machine interface. The method of using precise timing can improve the accuracy of sampling period.
