The rubber damper is an important part of the car,and its performance has an important impact on the NVH performance of the car,the test-bed is an important equipment for testing the performance of rubber dampers.The electro-hydraulic servo test bench is an important device for detecting the performance of the rubber damper.With the development of electro-hydraulic servo technology,the material performance test bench has been widely used in the fields of machinery,etc.,but for different test objects,due to its different factors such as size test conditions and methods,it often require the design of test benches according to the test objects.In this paper,an electrohydraulic servo rubber damper test bench is designed for the dynamic and static stiffness test and fatigue test of rubber damper.In this paper,the working principle of the electro-hydraulic servo test rig is determined according to the rubber damper test scheme,and the mechanical system,hydraulic system and control system of the test rig are designed separately: Select the structural scheme of the moving beam,calculate and check the clamping force of the beam,complete the modal analysis of the test bench structure,and verify the feasibility of the structure;Design hydraulic system schematic according to working principle,complete hydraulic cylinder design and hydraulic component selection;Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the control system,the hardware and software design of the control system is completed.The simulation software is used to study the dynamic characteristics of the control system,and the mathematical model of the control system is established.From the three indicators of fast,stable and accurate,PID control and fuzzy PID control strategy are used to optimize and correct the dynamic characteristics of the system,and the results are satisfactory.The change of load stiffness will change the mathematical model of the system,which will affect the control performance of the system.Under different load stiffness conditions,the adaptive control of load stiffness in a certain range of stiffness changes is realized by adjusting the parameters of fuzzy PID control.
