Project Management Research On Yangjiaao Bridge

Yang Jia Ao Bridge is one of the national key engineering, as the project commander of the engineering, the author studied the experience in project management at home and abroad, and developed a practical scheme of the engineering according to the project characteristics, the experience and the actual situation. The scheme uses new technologies and new techniques to resolve the key technical problems. All of these ensure the completion of the project.Firstly, to ensure the construction period, the goals, the management organization and the assurance measure of the construction period are developed.Secondly, to ensure the project quality, the quality goal, excellence planning, quality control points, quality assurance system and quality assurance measures are built up.Thirdly, to ensure project safety, the security objectives, security control points, security management organization, safety assurance system and specific measure are developed.Finally, according to the analysis of the design of the Yang Jia Ao Bridge, the scheme of movable frame continuous beam is developed, and the construction process and operating points are built up. This technology solved the technical problems.Eventually, the engineering of Yang Jia Ao Bridge is completed successfully according to the target, and received good economic and social benefits.Through the research and discussion of this paper, the author attempts to provide the valuable reference to the managers of the similar large-scale construction project.
