Aiming at the disadvantages of early water pump constant control, this paper made used of the applications of transducer, PLC, low voltage electrical apparatus, pressure transmitter and other electrical devices. Firstly, introduced the elements and composition of the constant pressure frequency water supply system. Secondly, researched control system design in detail, designed the first pumping station and second pumping station control system separately, related on the communication between the two pumping stations. In order to make the system more reliable, enhanced the video monitoring device to supervise the first and the second pumping stations. Finally, designed the system software configuration and PID algorithm. Simulation and practical application show that the RBF network to adjust PID parameters to enable the system to shorten the adjustment time, the output closer to the target.The intelligent constant pressure frequency conversion water supply and security system designed in this paper has been used in a testing ground, it has proved to be reliable and of great effect in energy conservation. |
