| With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process,the population transfer has enlarged the size of the town.As an indispensable part of daily production and life,water supply system cannot meet the requirement of water supply.In the context of energy shortages as well as the national advocacy of energy conservation and emission reduction,the urban residents have put forward higher and higher requirements on the quality of water supply,the reliability of water supply and the energy conservation.Therefore,adopting advanced control technology to design the high energy saving,high reliability of the constant pressure water supply system becomes the inevitable trend,which has important practical significance in improving labor productivity and reducing energy consumption.With the rapid development of frequency conversion and computer technology,the variable frequency control method has been widely used in the constant pressure water supply control system.In this dissertation the water supply system is a complex system with nonlinear,pure lag and uncertainty,and it is difficult to achieve precise control with traditional control methods.In order to better meet the demand of daily production and life for water supply reliability,an intelligent control algorithm based on intelligent control algorithm is proposed to apply to the idea of constant pressure water supply system.The simulation experiment results are compared with the conventional PID control algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the human-like intelligent multimodal controller.At the same time,in order to adapt to the development trend of the future technology and the remote demand of the management personnel to the field information,the application of the information system is more and more extensive.In this dissertation,OPC technology is used to design a monitoring information system based on constant pressure water supply.Through Ethernet,the real-time data transmission of OPC Server and OPC Client can be realized quickly,so as to realize the remote transmission of field data information.The design of the above system can effectively solve people’s requirements for the safety,reliability and energy efficiency of water supply system and bring convenience to water information management. |
