On the basic of systematic analysis the fatigue tester of automobile driving belt at home and abroad in the paper, aime at the measuring requirement of the automobile driving belt manufacturers at home, and systematic analysis the advantages and disadvantages of fatigue tester of machinery close, dc electric close and ac electric close, adapt the principle of ac electric close by analysis of comparriton. At the first time do the fatigue test of V belt, V-ribbed belt and synchronous belt of automobile by the portfolio innovation in our country. The design of general structure and components of the tester have been finished, and the assembling has also finished, the operation of designed tester fit the requirem of national standard. The unit of tension force was composed by linearbearing structure and heavy block structure, and use the Recurdyn to optimize the structure design of the unit of tension force, guarantee the stiffness of unit of tension force and the stability of the fatigue tester. The Anysis was used to analysis the model of the high speed shaft and the tester, the result of analysis shown that the strrcture of the high speed shaft and the tester can satisfy the requirement of stability of the tester. Inorder to guarantee the working time of the tester exceed 300h, the cooling system of fatigue tester the circulation oil was used in the shafting system of tension structure. The active and drivenoperation board were desigened to suite the different belt longth, and the distance between active and drivenoperation board can be regulated by lead screw. The test system chosen the non-contact torque sensor and photoelectric rotating-speed sensor and the energy feedback system chosen the ac variable frequency motor and the 4-quadrant frequency converter to satisfy the demand that the test system and energy feedback system as the basic part. These guarantee the tester working stability and the stationarity of tester load.
