Geared at the need to test anti-interference capability of today's missile seeker, the paper expresses the design and manufacture of a complete simulation system, whose simulation tests will decide whether anti-interference capability of the missile seeker meets the required standard.This article discusses the design theory of Infrared Target Simulator, which simulates the energy of targets and the interference missile through the use of infrared and ultraviolet light source. It also uses the Archimedean spiral on the interference simulation board, the different numbers of Archimedes spiral on different boards and the rotation speed of the board to realize the simulation of single or multi interference. Finally it ensures the system's stability and practical feasibility by analyzing the whole system's security and the precision of each part.
