The Research On Quality Management System Under Agent System Construction Project

Since China's construction industry showed rapid development since the reform and opening up trend, especially the construction projects that the government invests. Those projects have been an important impetus to promote economic development. In recent years, our country have been reformed the implementation of government investment projects, non-profit government investment projects implemented agent system. So in such a big environment and trends, how to realize the agent system construction project quality control and effective management, is a question worthy of further study.In this paper, we are trying to establish a comprehensive quality management system as the theme for a more systematic study. First, in-depth analysis of the government investment project management features, the drawbacks of current situation and to explain the advantages and Agent System implementation significance. Then analyzing the characteristics and construction quality management theories, the implementation process for the agent system model was built way of agent generation, agent system proposed construction project to establish a comprehensive quality management system, including the development of quality management objectives and quality management plan preparation. Finally, with an engineering example to the implementation of total quality management system a useful attempt, for the actual situation of the project build the quality assurance organization and the total quality management system, develop in detail the quality of the preventive measures and countermeasures through the construction design stage and construction stage of the quality of the construction units to implement total quality management behavior, and achieved good results and play a positive role in the developing of Agent System.
