Post-installed technology in Europe and the United States, Japan and othercountries has long been widely used, post-installed theoretical research has madesome achievements, and has been compiled with the appropriate standards.Post-installed technology research is relatively late in China. Industry engineeringstandards《Technical specification for post-installed fastenings in concrete structures》and product standards《Expansion and Undercut Building Anchors for use inConcrete》were promulgated and implemented in2004. The Ministry of Housing andUrban issued a revised 《Technical specification for post-installed fastenings inconcrete structures》task in2011.Combined the amendments of JGJ145-2004, in orderto further improve the standard scientific,researched the seismic performance ofanchors. Three kinds of anchors will be conducted seismic test and the quality ofconstruction quality deviation impact test. The contents are as follows:1. The anchor research results were summarized. Expension anchor, undercutanchor, ordinary bonded anchor and the special inverted conical bonded anchorfailure mode and the factors of impact on the anchor performance were summarized.2. Expansion anchor, undercut anchor, ordinary bonded anchor of single anchortensile dynamic loading test research will be conducted. Observation the anchorseismic failure modes, and analysis of the anchor seismic capacity and performanceunder dynamic loads. The results show that the expansion anchor and ordinarybonded anchor failure mode under dynamic loading is different from the failuremodes under static loading,and the capacity is reduced significantly, the poor seismicperformance.Expansion anchor and ordinary bonded anchors should be limited to theapplication of seismic area. The nominal yield capacity of undercut anchor underdynamic loading compared to the ultimate load under static loading is reduced by16%, it is recommended that undercut anchor under seismic loading the reductionfactor of0.8. 3. Expansion anchor, undercut anchor, ordinary bonded anchor in unclear hole,hole depth deviation, vertical deviation, and the aperture deviation tensile testresearch will be conducted. Through comparative analysis, to explore the impact ofconstruction deviation factors on anchor performance. The results show that thecapacity of three anchors has different amplitude reduction under unclear hole.Expansion anchor and undercut anchor tension capacity did not change when the holedepth increase5mm、10mm. Expansion anchor tension capacity is reducedsignificantly. Proposed expansion anchor drilling depth deviation allowable limitsspecified in the original regulations+10mm adjusted to+5mm. Expansion anchortensile capacity unchanged when aperture positive deviation of less than0.3mm. andtensile capacity will be reduced when aperture positive deviation of0.5mm and above.It is recommended that diameter12mm anchor aperture deviation is adjusted to0.3mm.4. To summarize the research results of the full text, and put forward the furtherresearch work.
