The Exploration On Strategies Of Reconstruction And Management After Free Opeing Of Liuhua Hu Park

The park, the public opening place of city, provides the citizens with various colorful living forms as it came into being, which improves the quality of life greatly. In recent yeas, a great many city parks start to be opened for free so that it turns out to be a big issue for citizens to be concerned about and the dicussion of the media. Though without exception the parks face lots of of difficult problems such as management, lack of finance, bad behaviors of citizens and etc, it can't be denied that the free-opening parks make great progress with the social civilization. Its key fascination lies in that citizens share adequately public service, public welfare and public products.The parks in Guangzhou have been open for free since July 1st,2009. Soon after a short while the parks face a lot of new problems and new situations. We need to continue our explosion to the problems and make conclusions through practice. Based on the construction to civil and provincial city parks. I took part in the reconstruction and management of Liuhua Hu park. Tinking about how to make the reconstruction and management of the park better, I analyzed the following problems after the opening of the Liuhua Hu park. To solve a series of problems and serve the public better after the free opening, I summed up the strategy that is suitable for the free park in Guangzhou.The main contents and findings of the thesis are as follows:Part 1. (Chapter 1), put forward the problems. Mainly describe the backgound, purpose and meaning, objects and frames. To begin with the research on Liuhua Hu Park, we hope to adopt the form of combining management with reconstruction to study instead of the form of either management or reconstruction.Part2. (Chapter2), analyze the problems. Mainly analyze the diagnoses of present situations after the free opening. Put forward the problems commonly consisting in management and reconstruction, based on the analysis in the background of the free opening, the changes and the problems.Part 3 (Chapter3-,4,5), solve the problems. Make a questionaire on the evaluation of the management to the park and have the present diagnoses,then find out the real problems consisting in the management and reconstruction. Put forwward the management strategy after the free opening and the reconstruction strategy.
