| The basic subgrade filling material of sand road is dominated by aeolian sand, but there is still a lack of systematic research on its own characteristics and the compaction standard. Based on the laboratory experiments, field tests and theoretical analysis, this paper is proposed a theory which apply the standard method to determine the maximum dry density when the size of aeolian sand is≤0.075mm and the content of the heavy compaction> 23%, while use the vibration method when the size is≤23%. Through the systematic analysis, the non-distraction standard theory is put forward. With a number of pilot slots entity desert highway engineering field test, it is proposed the application of using the single-point value of 94% of the arterial roads in the desert highway, other using the single-point level not less than 93% of the Grade 2 highways and other grade highway. With the theoretical analysis and the practice of engineering research of Yu Jing, Jing Wang desert highway, the theory of the moisture content of the desert highway subgrade under different degree of compaction test methods and instrumentation is recommended. |
