Research On Traffic Safety Planning Framework Of Expressway Network

With the gradual formation of expressway network in our country, expressway, to bring people in the efficient, fast and convenient at the same time, there have been more serious traffic safety issues.Traffic safety is the prerequisites to guarantee the normal operation and transportation of fast development, traffic safety planning is the development of road safety direction and strategy, the experience of developed countries shows that traffic safety planning for the prevention of road traffic accidents has important strategic significance.By understanding the basic characteristics of the expressway network, anglicizing the traffic safety factors, determining the content of highway safety planning, giving the traffic safety planning principles and objectives, forming the basic framework of traffic safety planning of expressway network. Framework is based on "5E" (Engineering, Enforcement, Education, Emergency Care and First Aid, Environment and Energy) measures, from the planning, design, construction, operation and management aspects, considering the impact of people, vehicles, road, and ultimately reaching the planning objectives.
