The reinforcement technology of cement gravel mixing trenchless pile is one new pile based on gravel pile. It mainly has been used in highway bridge, embankment settlement, pumping vehicle jump in disease treatment. It has application of highways, and has achieved good reinforcement effect. At present, the research of CGMT pile is not perfect.This paper first briefly introduces the domestic and foreign various kinds of soft soil subgrade treatment technology, analyzes the reinforcement mechanism CGMT pile, the numerical analysis software FLAC on CGMT pile composite foundation bearing capacity trait analyses, and column of the CGMT enumerates the pile bearing capacity calculation and the calculation method of composite foundation, and gives experience formula.Secondly CGMT pile on the construction technology is studied. Combined with highway reinforcement engineering, and introduces the design process, construction technology, construction process quality control, and finally puts forward some Richard wave method to detect rick construction effect of construction effect, and testing, construction effect is good.CGMT pile construction equipment for again were studied. According to the construction design requirements in construction, equipment selection, analysis with hammers of interaction between the gravel pile, proposed the influence factors of pile effect, and gives CGMT pile-making process of construction parameters of construction equipment, and the rational matching.Finally several of the disease automobi reinforcement method are compared, construction technology, cost comparison and analysis of the economy CGMT pile.
