With the development of transportation in China,more and more roads are built on soft soil.The effect of soft foundation treatment directly determines the quality of roads,which has drawn wide attention from engineering circles.The study shows that the main problem of the construction of highway on soft soil foundation is the differential settlement of Road on the ground.From the content of differential settlement,it can be seen that the soft soil foundation treatment measures need to solve the problems of foundation compression deformation.In the general soft foundation treatment in China,cement mixing pile reinforcement is used.Cement mixing piles are mainly divided into two types according to different construction techniques: wet method and dry method.The wet method is called cement slurry mixing pile;the dry method is called powder injection pile.The applicability of the two in different engineering backgrounds,as well as the differences and advantages and disadvantages,the applicability and advantages and disadvantages,is an urgent problem to be solved in the project.In this paper,the soft foundation treatment of two roads in Ruian City,Zhejiang Province,which uses ordinary cement slurry mixing piles and two-way powder injection piles,is taken as the engineering background.From the analysis of the two construction techniques and the pile-forming mechanism,combined with the economic comparison between the two,The two-way powder spray mixing pile has the advantages of high mixing efficiency,more uniform pile forming effect and low overall cost.Then combined with the field test results,this paper compares the practical application effects of pile strength and composite foundation bearing capacity,analyzes the influencing factors of pile strength and composite foundation bearing capacity,and explains the strength of powder injection pile.Higher,the reason for the smaller settlement value of the composite foundation bearing capacity is mainly that the pile body is more uniform and absorbs more water.Finally,the relative measured values of the two kinds of mixing piles after work are compared,and the post-construction settlement prediction model is proposed to further verify that the two-way powder-jetting pile is superior to the ordinary cement mixing pile.
