| In order to meet the special requirements of multi-gas permeation technique in the field of anti-corrosion,This paper develop a software that can predicte multicomponent permeation compound layer thickness and the concentration of nitrogen compound layer.It use difference method to establish mathematical models and use steel foil weighing to measure nitrogen concentration, Combination of diffusion theory by setting up equations,it calculated nitrogen diffusion coefficient and transmission coefficient under the equations in the 580℃,650℃,690℃process, And use experimental data revise the parameters. On this basis,it developed a mathematical model for combining prediction software. With multicomponent permeation combination of intelligent temperature control software to achieve a diverse compound layer composition and layer depth forecast.The software features are as follows:For gas multicomponent permeation process, forecast and simulation is not used by hydrogen derivative instruments. But according to the data from the gas flow to achieve multicomponent permeation of gas concentration and the compound of nitrogen compound layer thickness of the dynamic forecasts, also it has remote control functions that makes a significant reduction in equipment costs, and easy maintenance.In order to meet the requirements of intelligent, Author did many experiments on gas multicomponent permeation, and determined various furnace times the thickness of compound layer by metallographic means, Mean while using this software to predict parameters in the same compound under the conditions of layer thickness, the results show that the error between predicted values and the actual measured values is less than 4.9%.Besides, the remote assistance system on the basis of the temperature in the intelligent control software which can be achieved on the heat treatment process for remote monitoring, and provides exchanges platform between customers and technical supporters. |
