The industry adjusting is speeding up and many fashion enterprises are threatened by heavy burden. In order to get rid of crisis and get into development, creation is essential. American economist Kuznets says:"The best method to get rid of financial crisis is technique creation continually."Chinese Small and Middle-Sized fashion enterprises are universally in low literacy. Therefore, there exists comparable broad space for management improvement by information technique. Overview the information application in recent years, it's clear that business intelligence has been regarded as innovation character. Many business operators wish to improve the decision-making ability and prevent operational risk by innovative management of business intelligence. However, the enormous size and fantastic price become obstacles for small and middle-sized fashion enterprises to practice it. How to improve the information system and comprehensive competitive capability in a much smaller economic burden are the focus of this paper.This paper aims to analyzing the current status & problems of small and middle-sized fashion enterprises by paper work, case study and on-the-spot investigation. By further study the current popular BI system function design, combined with enterprise historical data and model analyzing result, a business intelligence system suitable for small and middle sized fashion enterprises will be proposed.The following are main aspects studied:â‘ The current status of home and abroad fashion enterprise is elaborated and the conception of Small and Middle Sized Fashion Industry is defined. The current development of business intelligence is introduced, including its systematic frame, key technique and part of mainstream intelligence software. General comment on forecast theory home and abroad is made and different kinds of forecast methods are compared. â‘¡The SWOT analysis of current development of Chinese Small and Middle Sized Fashion Enterprise is studied. A Small and Middle Sized Fashion Enterprise in Hangzhou (Hangzhou TY Company) and big fashion enterprise (Zhejiang JS Group Company) are chosen as sample enterprises respectively. By studying the two enterprises, the weakness of information application in Small and Middle Sized Fashion Enterprises is analyzed..â‘¢Through the case of enterprise history sales data analytical study different categories of products' growing periods curve of each phase distribution and sales volume proportion, and based on this, puts forward the enterprise marketing policy recommendations. In addition, a cubic curve forecast model for seasonal apparel needs and logarithm smoothing curve for high-popularity fashion apparel are proposed respectively. Afterwards, two models are verified by enterprise authentic data.â‘£Based on the practical needs of Small and Middle Sized Fashion Enterprise and business forecast theory model, BI systematic solution suitable for Small and Middle Sized Fashion Enterprise is designed. The solution includes 4 modules, they are Basic information input module, report query module, sales forecast module and intelligence produce and manage module.This paper offers helpful reference for the information development of Chinese Small and Middle Sized Fashion Enterprise and analytical model suitable for them is established which aims to simplify the BI system and help enterprise to improve their product and management level and comprehensive competitive ability with smaller financial input. |
