China is one of the few countries in which natural disasters occurred frequently,especially sudden major natural disasters. This has been the important factors whichcurb China's economic development and social stability. But we are lack of deep studyin the sudden natural disasters for the social influence, especially for the long-termeconomic influence. It prevents us from estimating loss of economics and bringsinconvenience for the further disasters reduction and prevention and the rebuilding afterdisasters.The paper is based on related theories of disasters economics and westerneconomics, and chooses the case of flood disasters which happens on10th June inShalan town of Heilongjiang province, and makes a long-term following empiricalresearch. Through the research of disaster area of economic growth factors, populationchanging and repairmen of ecological environment, this paper discusses the suddennatural disasters on rural social economic all kinds of variables long-term effects, andproposes the corresponding disaster prevention and reduction strategy andreconstruction measures.
